Băutura cu fibre prebiotice Wellosophy conține fibre alimentare din 6 surse vegetale naturale - cicoare, sfeclă de zahăr, spanac, ardei gras verde, broccoli și varză. 
 
Produsul conține fibre prebiotice din cicoare (inulină) și sfeclă de zahăr (FOS). Inulina și FOS (fructooligozaharide) sunt două dintre cele mai bine cercetate fibre prebiotice - și cele mai citate în studiile de sănătate. Acestea sunt fibre solubile care stimulează în mod specific creșterea bifidobacteriilor sănătoase în intestin, îmbunătățesc absorbția mineralelor și scad nivelul colesterolului.
